For help with lessons, Message Lab, Odds Lab, access, or purchase restoration, email andre@sweepstakeshunter.com. Include your device type and app version, but never send a password, verification code, full payment-card number, or sensitive message text.

Restore a purchase

Open PrizeSense, choose Pro, and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.

Billing and refunds

Apple and Google process purchases. Use your device’s subscription or purchase settings for billing management and the applicable store’s support process for refund requests.

Safety reminder

PrizeSense will never ask you to pay a fee to claim a prize or request a password, card PIN, or one-time login code.
